Main Street A series of pictures depict the evolution of Main Street from the early 1900s to today.

Churches and Schools Coon Rapids’ schools and churches have been the subjects of many pictures and post cards. Many of the buildings depicted are no longer standing. Many are remembered by today’s residents as an important part of growing up in Coon Rapids.

Buildings Some of these pictures date from the time of the Civil War. The public and private buildings of the town are an important part of the fabric of its history.
